Zoran Stojkovski Executive Director resposnible for managing organization  the Centar for Institutional developemnt-CIRa, intermediary support NGO from Macedonia. Key responsibilties include  supervision of 14 staff and managing and providing consulting, facilitation, training and research services on the field of institutional development and organizational strengthening for different organizations and institutions in Macedonia and SEE, for their top-managers, middle -line managers and members including university professors, mayors, etc. Responsible for managing researches, assessments and surveys, analyzing findings and writing reports.
