This is a drop-in shop and environment centre promoting local Agenda 21 following the Earth Summit in Rio. We rely on grant-funding and personal contributions (the most sustainable current options). Current focus is practical skill development with children and young people for growing food, recycling, composting, energy efficiency, using group facilitation methods developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs. Practising Permaculturists. Staff academic backgrounds in science & technology policy, especially food and health, and history and literature. CEPO represents local voluntary and community issues locallly, regionally and nationally.
