About
Mr. Klammt is an
accomplished solar designer, energy engineer and project manager with over 30
years experience. He was among the first
group of California Energy Commission certified energy auditors in the 1970’s,
working with PG + E. Mr. Klammt is also
a long-time teacher and the resident green subject matter expert at the CCE college of California State University
and Applied Science
University in Kufstein, Austria
teaching facility operations and management along with green buildings
technology. He has designed and owner-built three off-the-grid passive solar +
PV homes. In 2005, Mr. Klammt spent time with Dr. Michael Braungart at his Hamburg office and worked with EPEA's CEO Albin Kaelin, developing Cradle-to-Cradle educational strategies.
Mr. Klammt has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming and Associates in Electromechanical engineering from Southern Illinois University.
