I'm a designer and facilitator of generative conversations and structured social processes. Be it a one time event or an extended multi-stakeholder engagement initiative, I figure out how to have purposeful, collaborative and creative interactions that move us to the best possible future (workability and wellbeing) Recent projects include:
Sustainable Harvest's (coffee importer and creator of Relationship Coffee business model) Let's Talk Coffee Conference in Costa Rica fall 2007 and
Formulation stage of the Oregon Progress Board's Oregon Shines III update process (2007 thru 2010)
For fun I hiked (fall 2006) the Pacific Crest Trail Washington State segment (520 miles 30 days) as a nice adventure for my 50th birthday and followed that up with a 5000 mile motorcycle ride from Arkansas to Oregon (the windy small roads) summer 2007. I windsurf (wave sailing) in the ocean and enjoy skiing too.
Professionally I'm a partner in Transformation Systems International and a board member / source leader of The Performance Center.
Tammy Roberts is my wife and frequent work collaborator.
