We are a non-governmental, not-for profit environmental organisation.
Our aim is to campaign against environmental degradation in Zimbabwe and across Africa.
Our programs and projects will include:
Save the Trees International was formed in June 2006 as a reaction to our natural resourses disappearing. The population is ever growing leaving less and less to eat. The air and water has become ever more polluted. Species are becoming extinct in vast numbers. Unfortunately, forests are being destroyed at unprecedented rates due to unsustainable and illegal logging and this destruction poses a serious threat to the well-being of communities dependent on forests as well as to global health.
We are curently holding workshops to educate people about the importance of trees as an integral part of the environment and ecosystem, and in the near future we are going to campaign against indiscriminate cutting down of trees by erecting billboards right across the African continent.
