About
I am both full-time marketing and communications director, and part-time Masters degree candidate, at the Institute of Design at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), and industrial design graduate school in Chicago. We focus on systems design and large-scale planning of products, services and systems, and leadership of creative problem-solving teams. We place special emphasis on user-centered research methods and business models to back up design decisions. Among our topical areas of interest are healthcare, education, the future of cities and, of course, sustainable design.
