I run the Hunter-Clyde Watershed Group www.isn.net/hcwg and Trees In Trust www.TreesInTrust.com.
I've just launched Trees In Trust, an organisation to save old-growth forest across the world by greatly improving the ability of Land Trusts to raise funds. In exchange for a donation, a donor gets a mapped piece of woodland dedicated to them, a dedication certificate and a map of their piece of woodland. The whole system is on-line and automatic with a number of Land Trusts providing the land. We do all the marketing, GIS, database and e-commerce work for the Land Trusts, allowing them to concentrate on what they do best. It makes a great gift, memorial or to reduce your carbon footprint.
