About
Terry Penney is the Technology Manager for advanced transportation and fuels at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden Colorado. (www.nrel.gov) He is particularly interested in connecting source renewable energy (PV, Wind, Geothermal etc) to high efficient net zero energy buildings and plug-in hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles and or fuel cells for the future. Called the Renewable Community, a movement toward sustainable is the goal for future neighborhood, new urbanism green development. He owns an off the grid house at 10000 ft near Pike National forest in Colorado where he routinely chases the bears.
