About
Since 1982 I have been involved in many Astronomical Societies or other like minded Organizations that involve themselves and take the whole system view in terms of development. Throughout these last twenty some odd years I have spoken on the subject of whole system development at a number of Science or Technology Centers and have at least gained some insite on the mater. As a result of gaining this whole system perspective I began to understand at least to some degree just how we might begin a process of what I define as Planetary Development - Our Own, meaning our entire civilizations development aimed at our species sustainability across time and yes we must add space into the mix here as well.
To facilitate this Planetary Development of ours there is the need to create an new Field of Human Endeavor that shall be multitasking and multiphasic across all human discipline structures using new types of systems approaches not previously considered. I call them human operating systems development on a planetary scale. This shall not be by definition a Government nor Governance in the strict sence of the word. This Planetary Development as it unfolds across generations shall be the introduction on mass of new ways for humans to do business with each other moving toward defining just who we are as a species, where we are going and just how we are getting there. These elements guide all of our socioeconomic lives in terms of projects, goals, missions, strategies and yes to the hopes and dreams common to all upon our world.
It is time to begin our worlds, our civilizations, our species very own Planetary Development.
Questions go to http://www.planetarydevelopment.com and like the field the website itself is still very much under development and will be until our civilizations planetary development is well in hand as it were. This thing is going to take generations to unfold and I call it, that's the Field of Planetary Development and its ultimate operations transgenerational on its incept.

For now I would suggest any one interested more in the coming Field of Human Endeavor called Planetary Development - Our Own to go to www.planetarydevelopment.com and keep in mind it is right at its beginnings and the website like the field itself will take time to mature.

My dear, though my heart goes out to you in your plight and I only wish you the best I cannot serve the function that you request in fact I feel perhaps the function that you are looking to do may better be served by the hire of a business attorney to act as an arbiter in your stead. I believe that this is the best direction upon which for you to follow and in my heart given your situation it may be equally consistent with Gods calling as well, may the hand of God go with you and your doctors.
God’s Peace,
Randy
