About

Hello! My name is Liz and I am currently the Youth Program Coordinator for Bioneers (Bioneers San Francisco Office ), a national non-profit that provides innovative solutions to topics in the environment and social justice.

I reside in San Francisco, CA but spent the last six and half years in Vermont. I am an east coaster at heart that is quickly falling in love with the west coast!

In my free time, I enjoy the many wonders of the outdoors by way of telemark skiing (when there is snow!), ultimate frisbee, soccer matches, hiking, biking, rock climbing, and relaxing in the park. I love live music and am currently pursuing networking opportunities with environmental and socially conscious bands through a Bioneers project entitled "musicians for change".

My passion is in climate change awareness and education, outdoor leadership and environmental education!

Not only am I psyched to network with people and organizations all over the world, but also with those in my local community doing amazing work! So, don't hesitate to send me a message or an email if we share similar passions and interests!

"We stand now where two roads diverge. But unlike the roads in Robert Frost's familiar poem, they are not equally fair. The road we have long been traveling is deceptively easy, a smooth superhighway on which we progress with great speed, but at its end lies disaster. The other fork of the road -- the one less traveled by -- offers our last, our only chance to reach a destination that assures the preservation of the earth."
