One of the most important things that I am learning in this life is the mystical power of our life passion. When I was a child I first became aware of prayer and meditation. My heart was opened and the understanding of a Guiding Truth became apparent. My teenage years were filled with horses and motorcycles and great life in the country. I started teaching yoga when I was 17 and bought my first house for a Yoga School when I was 19. I also opened a Free Kitchen and Free Store to serve the needy in the Madison, Wisconsin area. I have spent most of my life in rural areas. I found my home for the last 20 years to be in the Santa Cruz Mountains at a sanctuary  that is called Dharma Ridge. http://www.dharmaridge.com.

The love of my life are my two children.  My son, Tej and daughter Turiya remind me to think deeper and reach higher on a daily basis. I am honored to be their father and to experience the wonderful love and respect we share together.

Professionally, and following my passion, I developed West Coast Land that evolved into Real Estate Sanctuaries http://www.realestatesanctuaries.com .

My meditation practice that has been woven throughout my life has taken form in a class I teach called Life Vision Empowerment http://www.lifevisionempowerment.com . With the understanding that we are all born through the womb and that our mothers are our first teachers, I have started http://www.thankgoddess.com with the intention creating a site and web mail program that inspires anyone to take loving thankful actions towards all that is female in creation. I am implementing the 13th moon calendar into my life and studying the Laws of Time http://lawoftime.org .

The most inspiring project that we are working on is the creation of a Sustainable Exchange Internet Café and Art Gallery in Santa Cruz, in which 75% of the monthly profits will be given to juried green projects through a lottery system.
