About
I have been working for The Nature Conservancy since 2001, focused on marine conservation problems - primarily in tropical settings. I currently lead our global Reef Resilience work on the Global Marine Team. We have developed a toolkit for managers - the Reef Resilience Toolkit - now in it's 3rd version that is available on CD by request (resilience@tnc.org) or on the web at www.reefresilience.org. We are in the process of further developing a network of reef managers through the Resilience Practitioners Network. We are working to help reef managers employ strategies that address the impacts and prepare for climate change.
