I took up the bat cause two years ago when I learned that fruit bats are shot for fun here in Cyprus. I go to schools, organise batwalks etc. Would be happy to hear from any bat people.

Hello bat people

I am happy to join the group. I've been a bat advocate for two years here in Cyprus in the southwest Mediterranean. We are the only country in the EU to have a megachiropteran - Rousettus aegytpiacus.
