About
I have experience and training in ontological coaching, organizational development (shared leadersthip, teams, self-organizing systems) and group facilitation (Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter). For about nine months per year I am employed as an internal consultant and change agent within a rural nonprofit healthcare organization where I have worked for the past 30 years. Currently I am involved as part of a group leadership team that functions in the place of a CEO.
For about three months per year I am available to support individuals and nonprofit/NGO organizations that are working for the good of the planet.
I am looking for opportunities where I can be of service either voluntarily or paid. I am particularly interested in international opportunities, having worked in Africa and South America.
