The Wild Peak is a transformational consulting, executive coaching and professional development company, based in the countryside of the UK and Pyrenean mountains of France and Spain.

We help executives, leaders and teams reach their own ‘peak performance’ with reverence and integrity for each other and for the planet. We can design and deliver your very own tailor made programme, or you can attend one of our ‘open’ programmes, or alternatively, work individually with one of our senior coaches, consultants and facilitators.

We believe ecological sustainability and business impact do not have to be and must not be mutually exclusive.. Our eclectic team brings together decades of experience in consulting, executive coaching, facilitation, and psychology, to help you achieve both. 

At The Wild Peak we believe true insight, creativity and transformation rarely occur in the office or in hotel conference rooms, where it’s easy to remain consumed by day-to-day concerns of meeting targets, getting on, protecting your position, or dealing with poor performance. 

Instead, we feel, indeed we know, that it is outdoors, in Nature, that the power to change the way you think and feel can be found.  Therefore a core component of all our programmes is, wherever possible, held in the “Wild”.  It is there, amidst the power of Nature, that our programme participants can get in touch with the awe and wonder of their interconnectedness with the world, and begin to access a certain transformational power.
