About

I am an instructor at a community college.  I have been teaching introductory chemistry for several years  and now am building an "Environmental Issues" course.

My background is in microbiology and chemistry.  I worked for the Fish and Wildlife Service for several years prior to becoming a teacher. My research was on nonlethal sampling of fish populations for a virus that affects trout.
