I like your Ask the World initiative, Samuel: http://www.wiserearth.org/article/53b6707bcea92dfc91b0e64b2e889fcd. Critical mass is the big hurdle, as it is for my Global Assembly project. Is there a way to combine the two? Here's an idea - what if we have a Video network on the Global Assembly? Perhaps we could work from there.
