I am a counselor (psychotherapy).

I am interested in spirituality and mysticism.

I also write poetry.

My spiritual path has been greatly nourished by the saints of the Carmel (John of the Cross, Teresa of Avila, Thérèse de Lisieux, Elisabeth de la Trinité…) and also by the oriental traditions (advaïta, taoism, buddhism…).

The contemplative prayer is my oxygen since 1994 and I walk the path of the Beloved God and Christ.
