About

I'm an activist/advocate/sustainable development worker living in Brooklyn, NY, EEUU. I thrive on interactions and relationships that make me question what I know and inspire me to think and feel further still. I've been involved in solidarity work in Latin America and previously worked in the immigrant rights movement in NYC on labor, education rights and health access. I appreciate the rule of law but I love justice more, the deep kind: restorative, community based and the poetic.  My background is in critical social theory, political economy and Latin American studies. I have an MA in International Affairs and focus on socio-economic development though my interests in the field are diverse. I got back to NYC recently after working in sustainable development and environmental education for 2 years in Nicaragua. looking for work!
