About

Hello,
I am a nature observer interested in making the world, and more immediately the community around me, more socially cooperative and ecologically conscious.  I think this world can be a beautiful place if people,  being among the most powerful agents of change, wake up to the interdependent nature of life and start to organize their families, homes, communities and industries in a way that reflects the basic premise that we are all in this together and we have to develop our modes of living in harmony with natural systems and their limits.
To this end I co-founded and work with a non-profit organization called the Ecology Center of San Francisco that is engaged in creating cooperative communities by providing ecological education and reconnecting people witht the natural systems that  support them.  Specific areas of interest are sustainable organic agriculture, renewable energy and conservation,  natural building, permaculture design, deep ecology, cooperative social networks, localized economy, and engaged democracy.  You can Learn more about the work I am involved in bty visiting: www.eco-sf.org .

Peace
