Ruth Norris has worked with organizations promoting conservation throughout the world for more than 25 years. As a consultant with Resources Legacy Fund, she serves as an executive coach and advisor on development and monitoring of strategies to achieve conservation outcomes and organizational sustainability. She has been an editor at Audubon magazine, manager of a capacity-building program for the Nature Conservancy’s international partner organizations, manager of the organizational effectiveness grantmaking program at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and senior program officer at the Skoll Foundation. She serves on the faculty and advisory board for the Kinship Conservation Fellows program, and currently on an advisory committee assisting RugMark in an evaluation of its theory of change. She has a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, and lives in Santa Clara, California.
