I'm a chef and renegade nutrition educator. My mission is to get people reconnected to real food - and eating less and healthier processed food.
Put me in a room with the most picky & stubborn eaters, and I guarantee you I will have 98% of them eating their veggies within 30 minutes. And it will be fun.
