Summary:

Paola Fiore is an Italy-based independent professional freelance. Environmental legal advisor and consultant since July 2000, she graduated in Law and Economics, with a specialisation in Environmental Law and Management, under the supervisoring of Emilio Gerelli, Emeritus Professor of Public Finance and Financial Law at the University of the Studies of Pavia. 

She started her parallel career in professional journalism and documentary photography in June 2003, after graduating from the Newport School of Art, Media and Design of the University of Wales College Newport in Great Britain, with a honours degree in the BA (Hons) Documentary Photography Course, established in the late '70s by the Welsh photographer David Hurn of Magnum Photo Agency. 

In November 2003 she won the first prize in the section 'Best Project' of the Italian Edition of the Canon Young Photographers Competition, and in May 2004 she was among the finalists selected by the Jury of the European Award for Women Photographers. 

In September 2004 she was awarded a Scholarship by Piedmont Region and TPW Toscana Photographic Workshop to take part in the three-year photographic project 'Focus on Monferrato'. 

Paola Fiore is particularly committed to work on Environmental Communication Assignments and Corporate Social Responsibility Projects, to document and report on social changes and environmental issues.
