About
Pacific Biofuel, Inc. distributes all blends of biodiesel and petroleum diesel to commercial fleets, school districts, farmers and retail fueling stations. Operations began in 2003 as one of the first biodiesel distributors in the greater San Francisco Bay Area to offer ASTM D6751 compliant B100 biodiesel to the public. The company has spent the last five years building an honest reputation and loyal customer base while learning to navigate the fuel industry.
Corporate headquarters are located in downtown Santa Cruz at our retail fuel station. Opened in April 2007, the retail fuel station has expanded Pacific Biofuel’s customer base to retail commuters and small commercial fleets. All trucks and equipment are maintained here and operate out of this terminal. Three tank trucks and two drivers currently distribute Pacfuel’s biodiesel blends.
With a dedicated staff Pacfuel has increased annual sales from 35,000 gallons to 500,000 gallons over the last two years. Thanks to an ongoing sales effort and increased public awareness Pacific Biofuel’s growth continues.
Pacific Biofuel, Inc. is a Subchapter S Corporation in the state of California. Ten thousand shares in the company have been issued: 1,566 shares to each of the six primary partners and 600 shares to one junior partner.
