ichele Ehlers began her life as a global citizen at a very young age. She grew up in a multiracial family, and had landed on four continents by the time she was 12 years old.  She has lived and worked in Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America, and speaks English, French, and Mandarin Chinese.  Ms. Ehlers began her studies of Linguistics at Cornell University at the age of 16, and continued with graduate studies in Applied Linguistics at the University of Michigan and intensive study of Chinese Language and Culture at the Beijing Language Institute.  Her professional experience includes teaching world leaders at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and at China's Academy of Sciences Graduate School in Beijing.  She has years of international consulting experience, and she has presented hundreds of workshops and seminars on multicultural awareness and global leadership.  She has coached globally recognized leaders in business, personal development, government, education, health care, and the performing arts.  She has provided leadership in organizations including American Society for Training and Development, Global Abundance Alliance, and World Awareness, Inc. She is Co-Founder and Lead Visionary of Global Leadership Network, a social profit organization committed to creating Transformational Global Leadership through leadership coaching, organizational consulting, training programs and guided opportunities for global leadership experience.
