About

I grew up in Rhode Island. While I was there I had many experiences that have lead me to the environmental field, where I am today. You might think Rhode Island is small, but to me it has endless possibilities. From there I went to Unity, Maine for my undergraduate degree in wildlife conservation. I did a few summer positions working for USFW and Maine DMR. I felt that I wanted to do more. I thought of teaching science because that is how I first got interested in the environment, by a science teacher. Now I am studying for my master's in environmental studies with a teaching certification in high school biology. I hope the children are going to be interested in what is going on in the world because I want to show them.
