Dr. Miguel Membrado is a scientist and a serial entrepreneur, working in the information technologies since 1987 and in the internet field since 1995.

 

Specialized on information retrieval systems, collaborative working environments, web 2.0 + enterprise 2.0 strategies and new company organizations, he's involved in the internet revolution since its beginning, not only about its technical aspects, but also about its cultural, social and organisational aspects.

 

Miguel founded Kimind Consulting in 2007 (London, Paris, San Francisco) to help large accounts worldwide to enter the Enterprise 2.0 dimension. He's providing strategic and consulting missions to help corporations to adopt this new paradigm and reach a new level in terms of productivity, quality, and competitiveness.

 

Miguel co-founded also Netcipia in 2006 (Palo Alto, USA), which is a Web 2.0 start-up offering free the creation of participative online communities to the Internet users worldwide and allow professionals and amateurs-pro to monetize their expertise online. These experts can invite their customers, partners, users, students, friends and so on to access their expert communitoes monetizing the accesses through different revenue models.

 

Miguel holds a PhD in computer sciences & artificial intelligence from the University of Paris (France). He also teaches PhD classes at several universities about “Entreprise 2.0 and new corporate organizations”, "Influence in the blogosphere"; "Managing virtual teams". He is also a board member of the Boostzone Institut and CV2.0 startup.
