About
Me...hum. 10 years of social work. 4 and 1/2 years with no permanent home, two years of that was world travel. Learned about permaculture in New Zealand and haven't turned back. In the next five years, hopefully three, I want to buy land and start a permaculture community with a group. I am back in Portland OR for the year to rest and plan. After my year of rest I will be off again to Australlia, hopefully, to study more permaculture. I also want to go to Africa in about two years. Life is filled with so many wonderful opportunities. I feel very fortunate to have such abundance in so many ways. Best Wishes!

What have you been doing in Palestine? Was it permaculture related?
Sorry I took so long ot reply to this - kind of forgot about this place, and have been living in hte real world - it being plant timing here. I am rapidly runing out of space in my garden and allotment for the seeds and seedlings I have. Still there is loads more space than last year, and I am accepting a more human pace to my land activities.
I am trying to do the same thing at work, but it is harder, there is just so much to do and just trying ot keep up with what is happening feels like running on the spot sometimes. Then every time I talk to someone, another project start to grow - ta times it makes me want to stay in the office with my email turned off and a blanket over my head. Still I seem to be learning about letting things be until the rest of an equation turns up to deal wiht a problem, then all I need to do is make an introduction. The universe really does seem to be supportive of permaculture working.
Take care lovely
