About

Matthew Albracht is a long-time ecological and social activist who has worked on various campaigns to help create a more just and sustainable world. Prior to moving to the position of Manager, Outreach Communications, he served as Managing Director of The Peace Alliance from its founding in March 2004 until March of 2007. He was also the Managing Director of The Peace Alliance Foundation (formerly The Global Renaissance Alliance) from March 2000 until January 2005. Matthew has a B.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State University in California, with an emphasis on Ecopsychology. He also has an M.A. in Humanities and Leadership with a focus on Culture, Ecology, and Sustainable Community from New College of California.
