Mary Vincent is an Entrepreneur who has founded several startup
ventures, all with the goal of reducing climate emissions. They include: Green Star Solution http://www.greenstarsolution.com/, a strategic business and media consultancy firm and Gratitude Gourmet http://www.gratitudegourmet.com/blog.html , a sustainable food media site.
She is Co-Founder of the Green Software Unconference planned for August
19, 2009 at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View http://greensoftwareunconference.eventbrite.com/,and is an Advisor to a Socially Responsible Mobile Startup.
She also interviews and writes about Green Business and Technology Thought Leaders at her blog http://www.ecoprotection.blogspot.com and she also shares Clean Tech updates on her Clean Tech Facebook Group.
Prior to being an Entrepreneur, Mary worked at Sun Microsystems for
eight years running a variety of global software product development
projects and strategic programs. She was selected as a member of the
SEED Program (Sun Engineering Enrichment and Development), a program
designed to groom selected employees for executive positions
within the company. She received 2 promotions and earned her MBA.
She also served in the U.S Peace Corps in Hungary.
