I've taught in K-12 and teacher education for 34 years. Served ten years as a teacher education program director; worked collaboratively with colleagues, CSA members, permaculturists, and school-garden activitsts and integrated sustainability issues into teacher education programs at a university in New Orleans and administrative leadership program in Massachusetts. Took a break from academia in Fall 2007. Researching other possibilities for advancing sustainability practices, open to NGO, non-profit or for-profit organizations.
