I also work with peace making and global networking through encouraging the use of the powerful, universal prayer, 'MAY PEACE PREVAIL ON EARTH'. You may have seen peace poles somewhere in the world inscribed with this message in whatever language people choose. There's over 200,000 of them dotted about our planet, working as acupuncture centres for a beautiful energy to circumnavigate the world.
I also work with movement, sound and breath work in a series of mudras bringing life enhancing universal energy through the human form both for self and humanity. The organisation gifting this to humanity is Byakko Shinko Kai, a Japanese group based at Fuji Sanctuary.
Our work also concentrates on gratitude to nature and using bright thoughts to change habitual negative ones. e.g. infinite love, infinite forgiveness, infinite compassion, infinite laughter.
Writing mandalas using positive words, affirmations, gratitude, etc, is another way to 'give' to ourselves and our planet, as everything is energy. In these ways, we give to the massed consciousness of all/everything.
