About

I founded Regenerative Culture (regenerativeculture.org), a New York City based social enterprise dedicated to providing contexts where people share knowledge and skills for co-creating a regenerative and resilient culture in an interactive manner. Regenerative Culture inspires active participation in creating an abundance culture for all, where humans honor and respect their interdependence with all life on Earth.

I have a life time’s experience in sustainable urban living (!), and more than 15 year’s in project design and implementation, training and curriculum development, most recently using participatory learning and emerging design. Currently I am the primary facilitator of the Urban Sustainability Leadership Training (USLT) which is piloting in New York Spring 2009. I am a Global Ecovillage Educator for a Sustainable Earth and guest trainer for the UN certified Ecovillage Design programs at The Findhorn Foundation, Scotland and Spirit in Education Movement, Thailand.

A core activity in my passion for fomenting a regenerative culture is the designing, installation and facilitation of labyrinths in urban and other contexts - (caminodepaz.org). You can visit and walk The Labyrinth for Contemplation in New York City's Battery Park, it's been there since 2002. Labyrinths are a powerful yet simple way to provide people with a way to reconnect with nature - both the nature around them and their inner nature.
