About
I am a professor of Botany at the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. My research is now concentrated in the field of Ethnobotany. My background includes ecology and marine biology (mostly seagrass ecosystems). I have spent most of my professional life in Hawai`i. Information technology has been a specific skill that I've used to help support research and education. Digital photography is more than a creative outlet for my interests. My website (www.kimbridges.com) provides links to some of my activities and interests.
