About
I run Tomten Farm, a high-altitude, off-grid, permaculture oriented farm at 9000' in SW Colorado. I have a background in Forest Management and Horticulture. I currently work full time as Sustainability Coordinator for The New Community Coalition. It's a non-profit funded by our three local governments, Telluride, Mountain Village and San Miguel county. We are implementing an action plan to increase our community self-reliance and create models for small scale solutions to sustainability challenges.
