About
farms. gardens. old cars. coffee. chocolate. fruits and veggies. meat!
grand ideas of local food security and hard work with soil in my finger nails.
I graduated from UH Manoa with a BA in English in 2007. I went to teach in Yangju, South Korea for a year. I came back in September, 2008 and have been alternatively loafing and WWOOFing the past five months.
I plan to start a neighborhood market gardening business in the near future. I also dabble in journalism and other forms of writing.

Hey there Justin, I read your blog this morning, glad to hear that you're finding WiserEarth to be of use. I interned there this past fall and now using to find the organization I want to work for next. Keep spreading the word, thanks! - Zoey

I'm from Hawaii. I'm in Korea teaching English to elementary students. I hope to start my own business/non-profit when I finish with my current 1 year contract.
My interest in this sort of thing is basically pragmatic — it's easier to let nature do things than to fight nature and do everything myself. |
