I am currently serving as the assistant farm manager at the Esalen Institute's beautiful organic gardens overlooking the Pacific. Studying, practicing and teaching sustainable food production since 2002, I am passionate about the potential for local food economies to create a more just, healthy, and joyous human community capable of harmonizing with the natural systems on which all live depends.
