About

I have been supporting the growth of Transition Towns in Aotearoa (NZ) since October of 2007. You can see the activities of the organisation at www.transtiontowns.org.nz. It has been a wild ride, as people, towns and regionshave been embracing this model.  The Transition Network was founded by Rob Hopkins in the UK, and has grown to over 36 initiatives since it began in October of 2006.

Wonderful to see you here, James. Aloha.

How are you? How's the cinema? Still on?

I love TT. Just had a full on orientation with Gaia U for my Masters here in Bolinas, at RDI, amazing!! Heard about TT and plan to instigate that in Aberdeen with my cousin's help. I am going to visit her in November in Aberdeen on her big farm.

I am here in SF up to all sorts of good; Permaculture Design last week in Wood Acre, Stevie Wonder concert! and , we are putting 4,000 organic vegs on SF City Hall front lawn this Saturday.

Life is good. May be moving to SF from Maui, looking for work in SF now to see how that can gracefully unfold.

Love to you on Waiheke. I am writing a book with Mark Whitwell of WI. Do you know Mark?

Blessings,

Claire
