Environmental Education: I teach classes on Watersheds, Recycling,
Healthy Creeks, Gardening, Composting, and Sustainability to schools,
individuals, and groups throughout Santa Barbara County.
Horticultural therapy: Former director and founder of “Kale, Not Jail,"
a program at the Villa Esperanza, a high school for juveniles on
probation. I developed curriculum for the classes where I taught
communication skills, organic gardening, and environmental education.
