About
Jeffry Fawcett is the founder of the Sustainable Health Institute and the author of the forthcoming book Too Much Medicine, Not Enough Health.
He is responsible for the Institute’s direction and management. He is a
writer and health educator, receiving his PhD in environmental
economics and political economy from the University of California,
Riverside. He and Layna Berman co-produce the Your Own Health And Fitness radio show, he publishes the Progressive Health Observer: A News Commentary Alternative to Big Box Medicine,
and he maintains a health education consulting practice. Jeffry has
extensive project and functional management experience in health care,
financial planning, publishing, and information technology in both the
public and private sector.
