About

A major theme in my work is to promote an integrated approach to sustainable development that is interdisciplinary. A properly designed, sustainable human systems can provide a sense of pride and self-worth at the local level, protect the ecology of the earth, while also creating jobs and economic security.
I am currently involved with oneVillage Foundation to promote these ideas on a practical level through the development of built environments and social networks that authentically reflect people's needs for a prosperous and lively existence while also respecting the finiteness of ecological as well as human resources both here in the US and in developing countries.
