Judith Anderson founded A&R Consulting in 1991, and is the firm’s CEO. She currently works with global and cross functional management teams and lends insights on how communication and productivity can improve so that critical goals are reached more easily and gracefully.Prior to founding A&R Consulting, Ms. Anderson served as Director of Marketing for Ryder System in Miami. During the mid-1980’s, she worked with Mercer Management Consultants in Boston. She also served as Director of Corporate Planning for Union Pacific Corporation (UPC) in New York City. Ms. Anderson is an adjunct professor with Ramapo College, Ainsfield School of Business, teaching Business Ethics. She has held positions with several industry advisory groups, including a three-year research project at Michigan State University on global best practices. Ms. Anderson received a Master of Science degree in Economics from North Carolina State University in 1977 and her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Houston. She also earned a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in 1999. She is the author of numerous articles and The Path to Corporate Nirvana: an Enlightened Approach to Accelerated Productivity (Silver Falls Press, March 2003). By invitation, she speaks and conducts workshops on the subject of removing barriers to accelerated productivity in the workplace. Judith Anderson grew up in Oregon and makes as many trips there as possible to visit the spectacular Pacific Northwest scenery.
