i'm full of hope and compassion............... issues that we have always known about are starting to become mainstream.....  ignorance isn't an excuse anymore..........

i'm passionate about our mother earth and the inhabitants of it......... i used to look at the big picture and get so overwhelmed it would paralyze me....... now i try to do what i can in my life and hope that by example it will trickle down to the people who cross my path..........

as gandhi said, " you must be the change you wish to see in the world"..........

my morning meditation prayer................

May all beings be happy and have the causes of happiness......

May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering...

May all beings never be seperated from the joy beyond suffering...

may they always remain in the equanimity between attachment and aversion..........
