I currently live in London UK and work with ethical, peace loving, business and community leaders who love to share their gifts.
My parents come from a peaceful, loving, happy state called Goa. The Portuguese ruled this tiny state on the West Coast of India for 450 years. So we have over generations acquired a sense of serving others, being friendly and making a difference everyday.
I was born in Kampala, Uganda. I learnt at an early age how bad leaders ruin and destroy millions of lives and dreams acting as control freak dictators. In 1972 all Asians were evicted by Idi Amin Dada so we came to the UK to start our new life with no money. But this was one of my key turning points in life . Like most people I had to go through the ups and downs in life with steep learning curves that continue to shape our character.
I spent many years in thecorporate rat race and hated the office politics etc. Also, I did not enjoy the creative accounting that took place with companies such as Enron, I did not like the greed factor used to exploit and abuse others. I did not enjoy the What's in it for me attitude where just a few make earn all the money whilst the masses have the crumbs. I quit the corporate race as I could not put up with the dog eats dog mind set, with too many selfish Greedy Fat Cats and man eating sharks. Until we break this viscious circle and negative cycle by sharing the wealth with others, we are doomed to failure.
I knew that we have a limited time to get ourselves back into balance. In 2001, I invested most of my hard earned savings in The Peoples World Project. This has been a hard journey for us all for the past few years. The Founder fails to understand how to harness: Compassion, Trust, Integrity, Accountability, Responsibilty and Authenticity of getting this project off the ground.
Since then, I made some amazing breakthroughs as I had to learn about how fear based leaders abuse OPM: Other Peoples Money. This was the birth of CTIARA was born. Our mission is to expose leaders who shows no compassion, have no ethics as they prefer to follow bad business practices. They love to play: "The Blame Game, never admitting to their mistakes when they get things wrong. They fail to appreciate that as enlightened human beings we must unite people and not divide using FEAR: False Evidence Appearing Real.
We live in the most exciting times in human history. Yet, 3 billion people do not have the basics in life, the gap between the rich and poor continues to widen, people are divided with Fear and hatred creating more terror. But we must not quit or give up our fight as hopefully one day our leaders will see the light to make our world a better place for all. It is time for us to unite and make a wonderful difference to humanity.
