About
I am a sustainable building consultant at Brightworks in Portland, Oregon. Right now, my biggest focus in incorporating biomimicry into the sustainable building practice at Brightworks and connecting with others that are interested in learning about the biomimetic process.
I hold a degree in Environmental Design, Architecture from the University of Colorado at Boulder and amcurrently pursuing a Certificate in Biomimicry from the Biomimicry Institute. My professional experience in sustainable building includes construction management of over 150 affordable green homes in Camden, New Jersey, and the sustainable design facilitation and LEED certification coordination of numerous commercial, residential, and retail projects within the US and internationally. As a transplant from Denver, Colorado, I enjoy exploring Portland with my family and ever-entertaining English bulldog, Tomato.
