About
Our new web site, in the initial stages of development, nudges this movement along. It is globalcommunityonline.net
It is the ground up approach Paul Hawken talks about for making change. People use "writeboard" to collaborate on Making The Difference Needed by the world at large.
You can start a private or public collaboration on what YOU think is needed. A synthesis of ideas is posted on our blog weekly. And once a year we'll come out with an edition of "Making The Difference Needed" containing some of the best, most innovative ideas.

About us. We are dozen people who have been meeting twice a month for about 25 years. In the beginning we were the Minnesota Chapter of BEYOND WAR which had 24000 members worldwide. In the early 90's our name changed to the Foundation for Global Community. And now we just call ourselves Global Community of Minnesota - a non organization.
