About
For over six years, Eric has managed enterprise-level website redesigns and web-based applications for industry leaders including Visa, Oracle, AmerisourceBergen, Extreme Networks, and RS Investments. While on a project, he would manage an internal team of web strategists, designers, and developers in the U.S. and offshore, while simultaneously serving as a primary relationship manager with his clients.
Additionally, he is a certified practitioner and instructor of Holacracy—a progressive management system providing companies with an organizational structure, system of governance, and operational processes to manage and execute their business strategy.
Earning an MA in Integral Psychology from JFK University, Eric has a deep understanding of the psychological dynamics within individuals, groups, and organizations. He has specific knowledge of developmental models which can be applied to leadership and team development. He is trained as an Integral Coach to support individual growth in others and is committed to his own psycho-spiritual work through the Diamond Approach.
