I'm the program coordinator for Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and Directed Grantmaking at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.  Specific responsibilities include assisting in the recommendation and processing of grants, monitoring and tracking administrative and grants budget expenditures, managing open grants, and coordinating overall workflow and departmental materials for quarterly Board of Trustees meetings. In my OE role, I'm helping to develop and implement our Network Effectiveness work.

Prior to joining the Foundation, David worked with the California Trails and Greenways Foundation as manager of the California Greenways Grants Program. David holds a bachelor's degree in political science from San Francisco State University.
