Can this be true? I have been told by an advocate from family advocates and a pshycologist appointed by court to asses for contact that even if a child was sexually abused by their biological father that he has the right to see them, irrespective if they want to be confronted with him, irrespective if there is a criminal case pending and he is the perpetrator and they are the victims. This is the reality and the outcome
