About
I live in Fort Collins, Colorado which is located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Northern Colorado. I got my Bachelors and Master’s degrees in cultural anthropology at Colorado State University. Along with being an instructor for IISD, since 1998 I have also worked with Village Earth, a Fort Collins based NGO. The focus of both my academic research and practical work with Village Earth has been working with indigenous populations in the Americas in particular with the Lakota living on Pine Ridge and Rosebud Reservations in South Dakota and with the Shipibo along Peru's Ucayalli river but more recently I have started working with tribes in Southern California as well as with the Zapara and Huaorani of Ecuador.

Cheers,
Zeratha
